What we provide

Northlight Growth Systems provides a subscription service for home-service businesses: a website we build and host, an AI chat assistant, automated lead replies and missed-call textback, review requests, an online booking calendar, a shared inbox and lead pipeline, and the foundational setup of your online business information. The specific systems included are the ones described on this website at the time you subscribe.

Price and billing

$297 per month. No setup fee. Billing starts when you subscribe and recurs monthly on the same date until you cancel. Prices for existing clients don't change without at least 30 days' notice by email.

Cancelling

Month to month, no contract, no cancellation fee. Email [email protected] and your service continues to the end of the period you've already paid for, then stops. We don't pro-rate partial months. Because the build work happens up front, payments already made are not refundable — what you're buying instead of a refund is the ability to walk away next month.

What you own

Your domain is registered in your name and stays yours. Your content, photos, contacts, and customer data are yours; ask and we'll export them. The website templates, system configurations, and automation designs we build on our platform remain ours — you're licensed to use them while you're a subscriber.

What we need from you

Your photos, service details, and areas, and reasonably prompt answers when we're waiting on you. If we can't get what we need to finish the build, the subscription still runs — we can't hold the slot open indefinitely.

Timelines

We aim to have your systems live in about a week from receiving your materials. That's a target, not a guarantee. Business text messaging requires carrier registration (A2P) which is outside our control; it typically completes during the first week.

No guarantee of results

We do not promise leads, revenue, search rankings, or any specific business outcome. We promise to build and operate the systems described. Anything else depends on your market, your pricing, your work, and plenty we don't control.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages, to message people who haven't consented to hear from you, to offer payment or incentives in exchange for reviews, to write or commission fake reviews, or to prevent a customer from posting a public review they want to post. These aren't house rules for their own sake — they're what keeps your phone number and your Google profile alive. We may suspend an account that does these things.

Third-party platforms

Parts of the service depend on platforms we don't own (Google, Meta, carriers, our software provider). If one of them changes a policy or an interface, we'll adapt as quickly as we can, but we aren't responsible for their decisions or outages.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We're not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Governing law and contact
