Who we are

Northlight Growth Systems is operated by Alfred J. Souza III (sole proprietor) in Hawaii, USA. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect from you

When you book a demo, email us, start a subscription, or fill in a form on this site, we collect what you give us: your name, business name, phone number, email address, and whatever you tell us about your business. If you subscribe, our payment processor collects your payment details — we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To reply to you, run the demo, deliver and support the service you're paying for, send you service messages about your account, and invoice you. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Your customers' information (if you become a client)

When we run your systems, contacts and conversations from your leads and customers flow through our platform. That data is yours. We process it only to operate your account and support you. We do not sell it, mine it for other clients, or use it to market to your customers. If you leave, you can request an export of your contacts, and we'll delete our copy on request.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to text messages from us, we send account and service messages only — replies to your inquiry, scheduling, and updates about your build. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

If you become a client and we send messages on your behalf, you are the sender of record for those messages and you're responsible for having consent from the people you're messaging. We'll set your account up to honor STOP and HELP automatically.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the business, and only as much as they need: our platform provider (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), our messaging and email carriers, and our payment processor. Or where the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only what's needed to load the page and, if you booked through a link with tracking parameters, to tell us which page sent you. We don't run advertising pixels on this site.

Keeping it, and getting rid of it

We keep inquiry and account records as long as we need them for business and legal reasons. You can ask us at any time what we hold on you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it — email [email protected] and we'll handle it.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll change the date at the top. If it's a change that actually affects you as a client, we'll email you about it.
