For home-service businesses
Northlight installs the whole growth system behind your business — a real website, an assistant that answers at midnight, instant replies to every lead, and reviews that collect themselves. You keep doing the work.

Anyone can put a screenshot on a website. On a 30-minute call we open a live account and make it perform in front of you: miss a call and watch the text go out, chat with the AI until it books an estimate onto the calendar, close a job and watch the review request fire.
Bring the hardest question you've got. Ask what happens after hours, ask what the customer sees, ask what breaks. It's a real account, so we can just show you rather than talk about it.
Then it's $297 a month, month to month. The system keeps proving itself or you leave — that's the deal, and it's why we'd rather show you than sell you.
What gets installed
Every animation below is a real thing the system does — and every one of them is something we'll make happen live, on a real account, while you watch.
Most contractor sites are a phone number floating on a stock photo. Yours gets real pages for real services, photos of your work, and a quote button that actually goes somewhere.
It's trained on your services, your service area, and your answers — not generic filler. When it doesn't know something, it says so and hands the conversation to you instead of inventing one.
This is the least glamorous system and probably the one that pays for the other six. Nothing about it is clever — it just never forgets and never gets busy.
This one is almost embarrassingly simple, and owners consistently notice it first, because everyone in the trades knows exactly how many calls they let ring out in a week.
Your rating is the first thing a homeowner compares you on, and it moves in one direction if somebody asks every single time. This is the system that asks, every single time, without you.
You set the hours, the buffer between jobs, how far ahead people can book, and which days are yours. Nothing lands on your calendar that you didn't allow.
This is the boring plumbing that makes the other six systems add up to something. One inbox, one list of who owes you an answer, and a business that's actually described correctly online.

The stack under the hood
The platforms your systems actually run on — the same ones the big agencies bill you to manage.
How it works
Thirty minutes of your time up front. After that we build, and you approve.

A 30-minute call where we open a real account and make it do the things — text back a missed call, book a job, fire a review request. You ask hard questions. Nobody sends you a PDF.

You send photos, services, and areas once. We build the site and wire up the systems, then show you before anything goes live. Usually about a week.

We point your domain, turn the systems on, and walk you through what happens on your phone. Texting joins once the carriers approve your business, usually in that first week.
Why us
Read this as a filter, not a pitch. If a line below annoys you, we're probably the wrong shop and that's genuinely fine.
We are not an ad agency. We don't run Google or Meta ads, and we won't sell you any until the foundation underneath is converting. Ads pour water into a bucket; this is the bucket.
We don't promise results. Not leads, not revenue, not rankings, not “10x.” Anyone who does either can't count or isn't planning to be around.
We're not a fit for everyone. Brand-new businesses with no customers yet, franchises with corporate marketing, and anyone shopping purely on price should skip us.
We won't hand you a login and vanish. That's the industry's favorite move and it's why every contractor we call has a half-built site somewhere they can't get into.
Straight answers
Some of these will talk you out of buying. That's the point.
Thirty minutes, live, no slides. We open a real account and drive it: miss a call and watch the text go out, chat with the AI until it books an estimate, close a job and watch the review request fire. You ask whatever you want. Nobody sends you a PDF afterwards.
Yes. $297 a month, no setup fee, no contract. What's outside it: your domain registration if you don't have one (about $20 a year, in your name), ad spend if you ever run ads (you'd pay Google or Meta directly, and we don't manage ads anyway), and anything we quote separately and you agree to in writing first.
We won't promise that, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does. What this does is make sure the customers who already find you get answered fast, booked easily, and asked for a review afterwards. If nobody is finding you at all yet, this fixes half your problem, not all of it — and we'll say so on the call rather than take your money and hope.
Maybe you shouldn't. If your site loads fast, reads well on a phone, and you're happy with it, the interesting part of this for you is everything behind it — the texting, the booking, the reviews. Bring your site to the demo and we'll tell you honestly whether replacing it is worth it.
No. You tell us what to change and we change it, usually the same day. If having your own login to poke at is important to you, we're the wrong choice, and we'd rather you find that out here than in month two.
About a week from the day you send us your photos, services, and areas. The part that holds people up is always the photos. Business texting switches on when the carriers approve your registration, which typically lands in that first week — we don't control the timing and we won't pretend we do.
You email us and it stops at the end of the month you've paid for. No fee, no exit interview. You keep your domain and your content; we'll hand it over and point the domain wherever you want.
No, no, and no. Ads are a later conversation once the foundation is converting. Ongoing SEO content and backlink work is a separate job we don't currently sell. Social posting we don't do at all.
Yes — the whole system runs remotely and most of it doesn't care where you are. We're in Hawaii, so if you're on the mainland expect our calls in your morning.
Thirty minutes on the demo call, an hour or so of photos and details once, and a yes or no when we show you the build. After that, you answer texts from people who want to hire you.

Thirty minutes. A real account, driven live. No slides, no recording, no pressure to decide on the call.
